We store your data as a hard copy in a locked filing cabinet. After our work together is completed, we transfer the data with your initials to our password-protected computer. Your phone number(s) may be stored in our business mobile phone with your first name and last initial. Only authorized personnel will have access to your information.

Data retention and disposal

We retain your details and session notes for the period required by our insurer (currently 7 years). After this time, we will securely destroy any document containing your personal information and delete your phone number from our mobile phone.
