  • HOW DOES HYPNOSIS WORK?
    Hypnosis is not magic – it’s a science! It works by creating a burst of Alpha brain waves that are the same as when you are in Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep. This allows you to enter the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it.
  • HOW WILL I FEEL AFTERWARDS?
    Most people come out of hypnosis feeling relaxed, maybe a little dazed at first. Most clients feel excited, empowered, freedom and a sense of connectedness to themselves.
  • WHEN WILL I SEE AND FEEL RESULTS?
    There are 3 different types of changes we see with Rapid Transformational Therapy. Every person is different. · IMMEDIATE – you feel a massive shift right away. · CUMULATIVE – you see consistent shifts every day or over time. · RETROACTIVE – you don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life.

  • CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTISED?
    Yes. Anyone can be hypnotised as it is a very natural state and we enter into it on our own many times throughout the day, e.g. driving, watching a movie, reading a book etc. you may find that you are engrossed without realising it. All age ranges can benefit from hypnosis.
  • CAN I GET ‘STUCK’ IN HYPNOSIS?
    No! You are in complete control and are able to talk and move your body. We will be talking to each other throughout your session and if we get disconnected you may drift off into a light sleep but will realise you aren’t hearing my voice and will waken up.
  • HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
    1-3 Sessions for most issues, however it depends on the issue and how deep it goes. There are some issues that require more time. Most issues such as anxiety, confidence, self-esteem, procrastination, motivation etc. take one session but are relative to each individual.
  • WHAT IF I GO BACK TO SCENES THAT ARE PAINFUL AND SCARY?
    If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it is important to remember you are not reliving that scene. You are reviewing it and you will be safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. I am with you!
